Insufficient engine power and uneven speed, there are two kinds of phenomena of black smoke in the exhaust pipe: one is continuous black smoke; the other is intermittent black smoke, and the engine shakes.

(1) Reason

Insufficient engine power and continuous black smoke are excessive oil supply in most cylinders or all cylinders of the engine. The fuel-air mixture ratio is out of balance. When burning, it is seriously deficient in oxygen. Diesel combustion is incomplete. Suspension free carbon is used. The exhaust gas is discharged together. If the exhaust pipe is intermittently black smoke, accompanied by a "burst" sound, it means that the individual cylinders are not completely burned. The reasons for induction are as follows:

1 The fuel injection pump is improperly commissioned, so that the oil supply is too much and the combustion is not complete.

2 Most injectors have poor jet quality.

3 Oil supply is not timing.

4 The intake valve opening height is lowered and the opening time is delayed, resulting in insufficient intake air.

5 The air filter element is dirty or the air filter is installed incorrectly, making the air not smooth.

6 The fuel quality is too bad.

7 The booster performance of the supercharger is reduced.
